In our effort to protect our world's limited resources all mone møen products are custom made for you at time of purchase. Therefore, our products are non- refundable. If you have an issue with your product we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Please refer to our FAQ to see if the issue falls into our allowable range.


Sizing Issues

Products are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all mone møen garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. You can find the sizing guide under each mone møen garment.

Cancel or make a change

If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after placing your order, we require that you contact us as soon as possible. If your product has not gone into production yet we will be able to change or cancel your order for you. We will do our very best to oversee all requests and act quickly on your behalf. If your order has gone into production, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Contacting mone møen

To resolve cases, we must be contacted within reasonable time from the product shipping date. Contact us within 12 days from the ship date for Canadian and US orders or 18 days for International orders or we may not be able to resolve the issue. When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference.
